Any one lose their DSL this week (e.g. Dundrum)?

    Hi,
    Has anyone lost their DSL broadband this week? Mine is down, the DSL light does not come on at all on the modem.

    I wonder if it has anything to do with the speed upgrades. They were supposed to happen Monday, but mine had not changed on Monday or Tueday. On Wednesday, it had stopped working. This makes me think they might have messed up when upgrading at my exchange. I am in Dundrum.

    Nope, im in Dundrum and everything has been perfect. Though there is another thread on this as many people have reported outages and performance issues.

    I'm on the Malahide Exchange and the DSL connection has been very unstable since the upgrade. Last night my connection was disconnecting every 2mins until 12:30am. All stable again.

    I recommend rebooting your modem - power cylce it and see if the light turns back on. This can sometimes fix the issue after the exchange speed has been upgraded. If this fails, you should contact Eircom.
