    ...anyone done it?

    5 of us looking at Belgrade. Nothing serious - in fact each putting in a fraction of what a deposit for a house would be here, hoping to get land for 4 houses and get a mortgage to bankroll the building costs. Could be pretty volatile, but really just like taking a punt on the stockmarket, we could double our (little) money, or we could end up with nothing. At least the Lawyer was recommended by the British Embassy.

    Things are improving, but I suspect things could radically change also.

    I think more like the bookies than the stock market.
