Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

WEP Problem

I have a PC here running XP Pro which has a smc2802w wireless card inside.
This will connect fine when WEP is disabled but if I enter in a 5 digit passkey it goes down. I enter in the passkey on another PC for the SMC 2655W router.
There is a utility for the smc2802w which I installed but I cannot get it to run so I seem to be stuck with the standard XP dialog boxes.
I unticked the "use windows to configure my wireless settings" but got nowhere.

If I enable WEP using windows then it seems to pick it up and seems like Im connected but doesn't connect me such that I can access the network.

    Any ideas?

Never mind - the smc2802w V2 drivers seem to work with it (despite it not being this model!)
