Eircom speed doubled

    Hey. my eircom speed has doubled and i never requested it. have they increased it all over for everyone or is this an accident. I've used pcpitsop.com to confirm both upload and download are double... circa 1700kbps / 200 kbps up. I first noticed it on Dumeter was saying 222KB/s download! Any ideas anyone!!!

    plenty of posts on this in broadband. They upgraded over the weekend apparently. It doesn't cost you any extra.

    yea everyones has been increased, didnt notice any downtime here at all! just noticed when my downloads went over 330k! great speed!
