    Hi,
    A double room avalible to rent in a large 2 bed apartment (900 square feet) with own ensuite sharing with a male profesional. The apartment is located in greencastle just off the malahide road north dublin great commuting service into city center (journey time 15-20 minutes) with buses every 7 mins close to all amienties shopping centers, cinemas,etc. The apartment has all mods n cons ntl digital,broadband,washing machine,dishwasher,large fridge freezer, gas cooker etc. Ideally looking for professional with references. The rent is 120 and half the bills (gas,electricty,ntl). Please pm for more details.

    Is this some generic apt. complex in north dublin, miles away from town, sharing with a stranger for €480 a month???

    cantab if your not intrested dont bother posting smart replies....its a fairly good price considering the going rate for single rooms in the complex are renting at 110 a week im offering a double room with an ensuite for an extra 10 euro's and as far as miles away from the city center its 15-20 mins max using public transport from the city center ......
