Requesting call logs

    Call logs -> when chatting with a tech support/sales agent they keep a brief log of what transpires and it is saved to a database. This is so if you call up more than once they dont ask you the same questions. Did you check the phone cable, is the sync light on etc.

    I know with eircom you can request all the call logs associated with your account and they must give them to you. Can you do the same with other providers like BT, IBB, Smart, Clearwire ect.
