I work for a national charity with a 15K marketing budget. Is there any college or uni which would use us as a project and draw up a free marketing plan/campaign? We don't have the skills or knowledge in house.

sarah , what exactly are you looking for ?

There are plently of marketing plans around, but what do you want the plan to do ?

Are you looking for a template for an direct marketing campaign / email / telemarketing / advertising ?

And, since most plans are developed to suit a specific campaign / complexity, it may be of little use without the expertise to make the most of it.
