Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    WORLD CUP PREDICTOR

    Handy way of working out who you reckon will win the tournament.
    Found it ages ago, but I decided to post it here after a guy on the "Can England win the WC?" thread wondered if a Brazil-England final was possible.

    And indeed it is.

    Ya wanna know who my other semif-finalists were this time tho?

    Exactly what I was gonna say. In fact, Keishi will probably be sacked before the World Cup.

    I see a repeat of Saudi Arabia's 8-0 demolition at the hands of Germany tbh...

    The USA are a much better bet. Tunisia have looked ok in the ACN. Ivory Coast might come good, but probably not.

    No point predicting imho. Never seen a world cup that went to the form book. There's always about 2 groups that go tits up and the most of the rest are closer than we expect.

    Thank god football isn't like rugby :)

    Ukraine Germany and Spain are my other quarter finalists. think Sheva and the ukraine will be play above themselves till they meet anyone really great, in mine its italy that knock them out. i have to admit i was kinda biased in the first round of results, didnt allow for any real upsets
