Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have recently set up a wireless connection in a new apt which i am renting. the connection speed is not up to scratch though. another person in the same flat as me is getting a connection speed of roughly 1mbs but i am getting a measly 200kbs at best using the exact same wireless connection. when i test my bandwidth speed using certain web sites it comes back around the 150/200 kbs mark but when i am downloading stuff it looks as though it is downloading at speeds of around 10/15 kbs which is like having a dialup connection!! any help would be grateful in trying to get this speed problem sorted....

the bandwidth testers are always in kilobits, where are download speed is in kilobytes.

how far are you away from the wireless router? is there many walls in between?

There is only 2 walls between me and the wireless router. The other guy in the flat is actually alot further away and has about 4/5 walls in between and still gets a much faster speed...
