    Try www.midway.com
    Or do a google on it,there are thousands of part sellers for the 10/22 in the US,and much cheaper than STG prices;) :D

    There are restrictions in place for US dealers.

    Bullet heads, ammunition cases, night vision, barrels and military reticule scopes can't be shipped outside the states. Maybe others as well.

    Also anything that is defined as a Gun Part - 'any item necessary to the operation of a weapon', have restrictions although I haven’t a clue what those are. Do a search, I imagine it wouldn't be hard to find the details.

    They're all terrified of falling foul of the State Department and/or Homeland Security, so it's simply easier for a lot of them to not ship anything overseas.

    I've had friends in the States ship me stuff before the current "War on ***insert current bogeyman here***" got going, but I wouldn't impose on them to do it now, as I don't want them getting in bother with whichever 'three letter acronym' arm of the state they come to the attention of.

    A fair number of them will ship to registered firearms dealers, but you're talking about biggish quantities and masses of paperwork.

    None of this is what you want to hear, sorry. :(

    Hmmmm.....Well over the past year I have orderd and recived from the US with no problems;
    two shotgun mag extension tubes, springs&followers,a top folder, replacement trigger mechanism and parts, and misc small customising parts.
    The barrels, the last time I asked was no problem either.PROVIDED the order was below $100.That applies to any parts order bought from ONE supplier.I do know that Landers Leisure in Tralee had replacement 10/22 barrels so I am sure they would order or fill U in on getting such.If you are still having probs, order from Germany, send them a copy of your eurofirearms passport and money and you arer good to go.
    As for Night vision,if it is standard Russian stuff that we can get here [at hugely inflated prices]it is usually no big deal.Or buy in Europe. They are worried about state of the art GEN4 NV equipment or thermal equipment going out of CONUS.Ditto for scopes.
    Reason some folks wont export this stuff is;either they are not too aufe with the export rules or it is just not worth the time and hassle in paperwork for the amount involved.
    Yet actually the export rules have become EASIER to deal with in the last ten years than before.A contact of mine who deals in "sensitive"electronic equipment, and deals with the SD and exporting almost every week says he can move this stuff about alot easier than ever before.
    Theory is;it is not worth chasing the little guy buying stuff that you can put together in your house with parts from radio shack or is buying $80 worth of gun parts PA.You want the big guys who are moving thousands of dollars worth of parts and equipment.

    Vinn, Brownells are a great source of bits and pieces, as Clare Gunner said keep your order under a $100.00 and you will have no problems, Tannyoky in Newry are also worth a ring.

    Don't remember if I updated previous posts but contact:
    Southern Rifle And Optics on 0863554425 in Waterford.

    He's just got a dealers cert and has done a lot of custom work.
