So I was thinking of adding a 22 to my current pistol collection (ie one 9mm). My main reason for this would be to take part in smallbore practice and competitions. Has anyone had success in similar requests?

hum .22 Its a very nice cal in pistol!

Personaly i have a .38SuperAuto and a .40SW

Two of the best cals in the world! IMHO

Should not be a problem, from memory you are a member of MNSI , the club are running pistol comps on a very regular basis, as such you want to compete and hopefully some day represent Ireland.
