There are the Consumers Rights Association, Consumers Rights Protection Act, the Small Claims Court, for buyers who are being ripped off.

What exists for sellers who are similarly treated? I've had a look around and found nothing.

Case: I own and operate a small (2 man) company. We have money owed us from a few companies, oddly all in the same industry!, and are getting jerked around. What recourse do we have? Solicitors letter is the only one I can think of. How long should you reasonably wait before taking legal action against defaulters?
