shin splint soles

Hi; Does any one know if shin splint soles work??? I suffer a bit from them and currently taking a time out, so looking around to see a way of prevention for the future.

They certainly do. I suffered bigtime last season from playing soccer on astro without proper support.

I purchased Gel insoles with arch support in elvery's for €17 quid and I was fine again in a matter of weeks.

Highly recommended.
