Excellent recipe book in Harvey Nichols (Dundrum) called 'Off Duty', profiling scores of famous chefs, their philosophy, and their favourite recipes. Excellent recipe book in Harvey Nichols (Dundrum) called 'Off Duty', profiling scores of famous chefs, their philosophy, and their favourite recipes. I think there's just one on display at the moment, but I presume they'll be getting in more. Think it's about E50, but some amazing and very do-able recipes.

Proceeds go to charity set up for one of the chefs' sons. He broke his kneck and is in wheelchair now.
