Does anybody know what is happening with Smithfield Plaza, it has turned into a giant Car Park. Since the opening of the new food store and the new apartments, cars and vans are freely driving through the square. Previously, parking was restricted to the very top of the square bordering North King Street but broken…

Does anybody know what is happening with Smithfield Plaza, it has turned into a giant Car Park. Since the opening of the new food store and the new apartments, cars and vans are freely driving through the square. Previously, parking was restricted to the very top of the square bordering North King Street but broken bollards on both ends of the square means cars are driving wherever they like?
