Anyone else in Dungarvan on BT/BB ?

I'm on 1024 down, 128 up BT/BB No upgrade yet..... I'm hoping its just a delay, I really dont want to resort to the: time consuming stressful hair pulling listening to lie after lie road that is "BT customer care" :mad: Fedfan

have ye not got the fastest h'internet in the whole country down there with Casey Cable , 1mbit seems primitive and sort of 90's by Dungarvan standards.
