ot: Are google trying to kill Internet Explorer?

Friend of mine was havine a problem with IE so I done a google search for the problem:

ie closes on new window

Look at result number 1. How is that there??

I'm not into conspiracies but surely??

And that's got to be an abuse of their power. You search for an issue with internet explorer and the first result you get back is a link to get firefox

Using "Internet Explorer" rather than ie would have brought you up a better result. But the google bomb was right, dump it and use firefox.
