Cindy was a Hurricane

According to the NHC, analisys of what was thought to be Tropical Storm Cindy was infact a hurricane for a short time. so there were actually 15 hurricanes in the 2005 season the full analisys can be read from the link below http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/pdf/TCR-AL032005_Cindy.pdf
