Most people will be happy, no matter what they look like and don't care what others think of them! So i think you can be fat and happy but can also have your off days!

Why did you ask the question if you have answered it yourself?
Your giving all the lardies an excuse to pipe up and talk all "oprah" about how great it is to have inner beauty...and for the ladies to come in with
10 stone and about 2 pounds. I'm 165 cms tall. I'm an 18 year old girl and I feel like a whale. I'm just above a size 12 hip wise (size 31) and size 12 on top. I used to be a size 10 yet still felt I was so fat. I didn't realise

    no one cares fu#k off

I was actually answering the question. That does tend to be the point of forums.

The question was can you be fat and happy?
not can we have a run down of your weight and how much you lost?

10 stone is hardly fat so you dont even qualify...you under the misguided impression that people want to now about your exact weight and diet etc ...they don't I don't...why don’t ya start a thread " lets talk about me and my weight and how it fluctuates" and see how many people reply

    ... as i said fu#k off

And what about all the other posters? So you want people to just post yes or no answers? That'd make an interesting conversation. I was posting my experiences as I feel that girls are going to be seen as fat more often than guys. It depends on the situation of a person and if you would care to read the rest of the posts in this thread you may see that I was not the only person to answer in this fashion. You appear to be trolling the forums as all the posts I have seen from you are negative and are attacking other posters.

I personally couldnt be happpy... I went up to a size 14 a few years ago and I hated it.. Not just my appearance but I felt physically uncomfortable too, my clothes all felt tight on me and I got pretty down in the dumps.. thankfully I lost it and Im a size 8-10 now.. Some people can carry a few extra pounds and still look great but it did not suit me at all..

Cool well done Xzanti, you don't look over weight at all now. By the way, what's a size 14/8/10 in guy terms:confused::o also, in weight terms... what weight were you when you were a size 14?

What he's trying to say here is "You aren't fat by any stretch, it's silly to think so with those statistics" ;)

    I think it's like a size 14 is a 32" waist, 12 is 30", 10 is 28", 8 is 26".

Well of course people can be fat and happy but it doesn't mean they are happy about being fat just not choosing to let this one aspect of thier lives influence everything else. I am currently 16 stone, which at 5ft 6 is not pretty but as long as I know I am making an effort to do something about it why should I let it decide my mood?

Over the years I have read so many articles talking about how moody and downright annoying people partners can get when dieting and obsessing about weight. I would like to think I am the sum of many different things and that weight is one of them and although I may not be happy with my weight at the moment as long as I am happy about most other things why should it follow that I am unhappy.

But I'm perfectly healthy. I'm not fit or anything but I'm healthy. I like being underweight. I've done one of those tests before to see if I was under weight and I scored just slightly below average weight. If I had one extra pound I'd be classes as average.
seriously, it's not healthy to be that weight when you are tall. you wouldn't even notice an extra couple of stone.
