Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Internal Memory

Can anyone tell me what exactly gets stored on the internal memory on a phone? Do text messages get stored there?

Reason I'm asking is that I usually don't have enough room to store text messages on my 6230. Thinking of switching to the 6230i since it has the 32MB of internal memory and wondering if it's worth spending the money for this.

    thanks,
    C

The 6230 has enough memory internally at 6mb to hold literally thousands of messages. But As far as I know though unlike the Symbian phones, amount of stored messages in most phones, even with large internal memory, is dependant on an already set limit on the phone as opposed to the actual memory available.
