Bathroom Ext fans with bulbs

    Hi,
    was lloking for a bathroom ext fan --but not just with a standard buld light in it .
    I am looking for one - where the buld will be bigger than normal and give off heat to the room.
    I thnik they are designed to help eliminate the steam quicker.

    anyone know where I could get such a device.

    2nd part of this is -- is there a roof tile I can get to vent this new ext fan out through.
    It will be at the back of the house. To replace a double roman brown tile.
