Upload Cap on Eircom Home Start Plus?

Anyone know what the Upload Cap is on the Eircom Home Start Plus? I can't find any details on their website.

After the upgrade a few weeks ago, it was increased from 16Gb to exactly 30.72Gb. Are you already signed up ? If so, you can get your stats here

Thanks but this is the download allowance but I'm specifically looking for the upload allowance.

Half way down the page...shows the home plus has unlimited upload. It was always that way, as far as I can remember, and it didnt change with the recent speed increases

That's fantastic, thanks for sending the link. Big improvement over the previous 1GB limit which was laughable!!
