Eircom DSL Stats

hi wondering if anyone else is or has had this problem looging into eircoms dsl stats page. i am entering my number in the format they provide i.e. 043-xxxxx as im in longford and put in my eircom acc number. the attached doc shows what i get. thanks davehey

Hi,
When I first got my broadband, about 3 weeks ago. I could not log into my dsl stats. I waited a day or two and got in. When you are entering your phone number make sure to do it in this format 01-XXXX, make sure to put in the "-". That might be the problem.
