Same here. No increase. E-Mailed their customer service ppl with a pic not dissimilar to yours, said it would be early next week (last week) or to call them. Which I'll be doing today. Apparently the problem is with the exchanges.

yep same here , I am going keep trying to get thru to them , and insist on a fee drop if they will not give me the speed i should be getting for 40 a month ( which is in fact nearly 60 a month when you factor in the overcharging and incorrect billing ) god I love irish ways of doing business.

ok , I finally got through on the phone , to broadband bt tech support
the guy told me that mine was part of a bunch of missed upgrades , and eircon will have to go out to the exchange and do it .

he also said a lot of people were in the same situation , and it will take eircon up to 5 days to go out and do it .

    so keep calling 1890 923 111
and hang on , make sure you ask for a customer reference number as well.

you can follow up on progress to

    residentialsupport@bt.ie

fingers crossed it works out !
