Dental Implant Surgery

I'm having the first step of this tomorrow, i'm wondering on average how long it will be after the surgery before I can have the bridge fitted back on? , will that have to wait until the stiches come out or can it be earlier? Its one of my front teeth and am pretty self concious without the bridge in place.

Usually 6 months on your upper teeth, 3 months if fitted on your bottom jaw.
