basically where it is if its greater to where it isnt than to where is must be divided into where it isnt and......orange?!?!!?

I believe its saying it uses its starting position (where it wasn't) as a correction for where its going. Its to do with gps i think, accurate GPs uses a base station for corrections.

either way, theres a much more easier way of putting it somehow
