 Hi, has anyone bought a type B property (3 bedroom mid terrace townhouse), we have just put down a holding deposit, so still have 21 days before we sign the contract, and would like to know if this is a good move, or not so good.

Any insight would be most appreciated.

we are in a type-b and we're very happy with it. It's the largest of the house types - the living room and kitchen are very spacious, the bedrooms aren't huge but they're big enough.

Anything specific you want to know?

Hi Loyateme, there is no specific info required at this stage, as I was just looking for that 'warm fuzzy feeling' to make sure that we are making the right decision. From all the posts Charlesland seems to be a 'friendly sort of place', so was looking to see how the development matched up. However I am sure that I will have a few questions as time goes on.

Don't imagine it will be a problem but its worth mentioning that the surrounding duplexes do overlook your garden but unless your planning a bit of private sunbathing that should not be an issue.

Ive been here for 6 months and I love it. Its a great place with what seem to be very nice people and Greystones is a great town. Anyway, with a 20% increase in asking prices in the last 6 months who's not going to be happy!!!!!

Hello, Just wondering if any of you guys would have the floor measurements for the B Type 3 bedroom house. We're looking at getting some quotations for flooring and have rang the real estate who couldn't give us this info. Would appreciate if any one could pass on the info. :)

the builders should let in your flooring people to measure up - ring the site foreman to check.

    Cheers Manus and Loyatemu,

Will give Des kelly's a miss then.

Were just looking around at the moment for flooring, so was after some rough floor sizes, will then get the flooring people to measure up once we find what we are looking for.
