Smart uses them. There cli and documentation is the same has Cisco.

They are perfectly fine. Very reliable and the price is pretty good. They seem to be pretty much the same as cisco config and feature wise. I'd also recommend Nortel's switches - seriously good value and very reliable. The CLI for remote management is WAY better than anything I've seen on Cisco or the like.
