I drive a powerful car and need new tyres for it but know nothing of prices?
    can anyone help?
I saw this on the buy and sell

Tyres (4). Leinster Co. Dublin €300.00
    New, 16'', SP sport 300, Dunlop, size 205/60R16, 92h, radial tubus, €300.

What do you reckon on the price? Any other cheapish places to buy?

Also i lost the unlock adapter for my alloys? Any idea where i could pick one up for a 406 coupe? Im just waiting for the dealer to ring me back (last week!!)

    Thanks...

I use Good Year F1 tyres all round and they cost me about €200 each
To be honest, Id be reluctant to buy tyres off the buy and sell.

Regarding the locknut - try a dealer!

Well first of all I'd be wary buying a safety critical item like tyres from the buy and sell.

I don't think its a particularly good price either for tyres with a H speed rating. Your car probably uses tyres with a higher rating eg V. These are more expensive.

I have similar size tyres to yours and find the GT Champiro brand quite good and good value. These can be got from advance pitstop and you'll probably pay around 100 quid each. More well known brands like Michelin, Continental etc. will be a lot dearer.

    thats great thanks.
    mine are 16".

would it be possible to just replace the front 2?
also i have a spare tyre that is perfect. could i just buy one then?

my rear tyres are still in decent nick ya know.
