Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Microsoft released a new security update (KB913446) for Windows XP today that, for some reason, after repeated tries, fails to install. All the other updates issued today installed without problem. Rebooted and tried again, but this didn't help either. Is anyone else having this problem? Solutions?

    Fails for me too.
Ah well, it's only a patch for an issue for 'Windows-based systems that could allow an attacker to cause the affected machine to stop responding to requests.' ...nothing to worry about.

Don't worry. About 50 patches a year carry the same description.

Yeah wouldn't worry too much. All the attacker could do is stop you vistiting another attacker's website and thus prevent the second attacker taking complete control of your machine. :v:

    Hey,

I tried downloading the .exe and running it that way, but it doesn't run. Errs with "cyclic data" error or something.......

    Think Microsoft will fix it?
