I am involved in the freight/logistics sector and am looking for some guidance in setting up a pricing model. Can anyone recommend a good reference book or site that would be helpful

TBH I don't know if there's a book as such. Why not do what almost everyone else does and copy existing companies structure / model. The work out your own costs and find the best model to work with
