Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    When I am installing the modem and it asks me to enter my ip and other numbers like that.. Where do I get these?? I only know my ip....

    Is this Broadband or Dial up? What company are you with?

    I don't think NTL use static ip address, look for something that says DHCP and it will automatically get these details for you. But after saying that, it could be using a static ip address and the dhcp option will give you no joy.
