Contacted my insurance and bullbar shop in Ireland.
    Asked:
    - Bullbar legal in Ireland ?
    - Extra cost on insurance ?

Bullbar are not illegal in Ireland whatsoever. It is totally legal to go and buy a bullbar for any vehicle.

Extra cost for insurance ? NO. I contacted them saying that I will put a bullbar on the van and no extra charge for putting people in danger. I even asked them if it was illegal to have one and they researched and contacted me saying they are legal.

I decided NOT to put bullbar on my van even though I think it would look cool.
And you people thinking you know the person by what they say on the forum then YOU're wrong !!! (loyatemu)

I would also like to see statistics about killed pedestrians outside crossing path I would always stop at crossing path. Pedestrians crossing outside those path are putting themselves in HIGH danger and from a van we can see more than a car due to the high therefore be able to anticipate a pedestrian crossing without looking.

    What about side bar ?
