- Covers warm up techniques, stance forms
- Basic punching, blocking, kicking & self defence (pad & partner work)
- Centre line concepts highlighting vulnerable areas to attack & defend

KUNG FU CLASSES
Every Wednesday - Ferrybank Parish Centre
5.30pm - 6.30pm Children (aged 8-14) - cost 8euros
6.30pm - 7.30pm Womens self defence - 10euros
7.30pm - 8.30pm Adult mixed - 10euros
