I like Fox mustard made in Kerry. Very spicy! Makes you catch your breath, and sometimes causes you to cry it's so strong.

Does anyone know how to use mustard for a cold? It's either a mustard footbath or a mustard plaster (poultice type thing) I've heard of but not sure which one is for a cold. Have been having really bad recurring colds over the last few months and at this stage am resorting to old, traditional remedies. If any of you mustard fans know how to do this, would love to hear about it.
