Reaction to the Danish cartoons

    I fully appreciate the disgust and anger felt by Muslims worldwide as a result of these cartoons. At the same time, I cannot undertsand those who support or condone the violence that has taken place in many places worldwide as a result. Reactions like this only serve to further alienate the average Western person from Islam and to further demonise (falsely) the religion as a whole.

    What are everyones opinions on the reaction to these cartoons?
