I wanna take herself out for breakfast in town. Where can I get the best full Irish breakfast in Galway City? Googling only gives me B&B's but I already live here. I know you can buy stuff at Dunnes' hot counter but it'd be nice to sit down like..

    Radisson?
    Quays?

I got a huge fry in galway bakery company last time I was in Galway. Also used to get a nice one in Richardsons.

The Left Bank cafe on domnics street can be good ..

The Galway Bakery Company is .. ok ... more your canteen type food ...

Rascals ... at terryland is nice ... good portions ... and cheap enough too ..

The Drum ... can be ok as well but I find the smell in there a bit much and the portions aren't great .. they do do a veggie breakfast though which is good ...

Where is this place. centre or across the river?
I have been to Left bank before, great veggie breakfast.
Ended going to GBC after all. Nothing special but worth it.

I agree, you get way too much food which is always good, it's cheap (no gourmet nonsense) and the staff are always sound. The decor is a few decades out of date and the food is basic enough but sometimes you just need to pig out and riordains lets you do that for little over a fiver.

The Home Plate on Mary St do a huge all day breakfast with real fried spuds, mushrooms + all the usual meats - for me this is the best full Irish in Galway.
