I have a problem with NTL analogue reception - BBC2 is unwatchable. NTL have told me that it is a problem with RTE transmitting a digital test signal and they can't fix it. Does anyone have details, name or email address, of someone in NTL complaints dept that I can escalate this problem to – the girl on the customer care…

i have this problem myself, i assumed it was our co-ax, but its not, i know a tv lad who says hes getting calls since mid january about it.

funny thing is some areas are ok.
