Smart download speed problems

Have begun to experience seriously bad download speeds with Smart over the last couple of days. I'm on the 3Mb option and am getting 950kbps down. Up speed seems fine though. It's not line quality cause I've been fine up until recently. There's quite a lot of talk about this on the Smart forums but I thought I'd post here…

It's not line quality cause I've been fine up until recently.

There's quite a lot of talk about this on the Smart forums but I thought I'd post here to see if any other Smart users are noticing this slowdown. It's the first time anything weird has happened with my connection, bar this Smart's service has been excellent.
