Offhandedly, there's Bondi Beach Club in Stillorgan (though they've been allegedly closing down for a couple months now), and one in Wesley FC in Donnybrook.

I... don't know, tbh. There's an under 16s and an over 16s in Wesley, on different nights, and an under 18s in Bondi... some other night. Try googling them or asking people in school or whatnot. Or the phonebook.
