Underage Tattoo, Irate Father

So my neighbor's 14 year old daughter came home with a tattoo on her ass. Her da is out for blood but she wont say who did it to her.
Any ideas as to who is tattooing 14 year old girls asses?
Is there any legal action that can be taken?
Is he making a big deal over nothing?
If she was my daughter I'd wanna burn the shop down!

He definately has a right to be angry but unless he finds out where it was done there's not much he can do really is there?

Where you based? Personally i think it is a big deal even. Technically the tattooist hasn't done anything illegal as there's no regulations but any reputable shop wouldn't knowingly tattoo a 14 year old.

Hes making a bit of a big deal over nothing but most reputable tattooists<sp> wouldnt tattoo a 14y/o girl, be it her ass or anywhere else

Apart from a fourteen year old getting a tatto which I think is mad anyway but this is also the first thought that came into my head.

first, he should blame his daughter. she could have lied and had fake i.d.
second, why do you want to know who did it... are you the dad.
third, no laws nothing can be done legally... sorry dad.
forth, yes you are making a big deal over a tattoo on her ass, nobody will see it... except you (dad) and her boyfriend.
fifth, we feel your anger, but normally tattoos have pretty hard friends... so i would be very careful how you proceed with this issue.
