Any racers for sale??

Hey there,,,im intrested in getting into racing and have been doing a little research into purchasing a bike and found out that the cheapest decent one is around 600 euros (a lapiere)..so since i dont have thjat kind of money being a poor studnet was wonmdering was there any one out there selling a second hand racer?
