Looking for jamming in Cork

I'm a Cork based guitarist, mostly into blues, rock, and singer/songwriter type stuff. Been playing for around 10 years or so, I play rhythm and lead, acoustic and electric. I also sing a bit.
It's more fun to play with other people, so anyone in the Cork area interested in jamming?
Alternatively, does anyone know what the open mic situation in Cork is like? I played a few times at the head of the river this time last year, but I don't think they do open mic anymore...
