sharp lc32p50e - living in London, moving back to Galway

Hi, I have a sharp lc32p50e and have sky/sky+. Will the tv work when I move back to Galway ? I will get sky when I move back. I know there are problems with uhf/vhf and sound sync, but does it matter if I have sky ? Thanks
