Cost of block layers?

Hi, I'm going to build a garden shed year and was planning on doing it myself. I plan to put down the foundations myself and was planning on building it myself. Would save a lot of time if I hired a block layer. Does anyone know how much they would charge to build 450 blocks(9" cavity) in the Meath area? Thanks, Sean.
