    Hello,

    I work for an internet based travel agency.
    We have recently implemented a new .NET system across our entire company.
    Continual add on work is necessary so I am currently looking for some experienced .NET developers who can work independantly on contractual projects in their own time.

    Is there a website I can go to to look for job seekers? Or are there any boards.ie readers interested in this type of work?

    How many hours a week development would be involved?

    Would it be suitable for someone who already has a full time development position?
