Server held to ransom in WoW

Aye, the thread title is right... i seen this earlier today on teletext that apparently a guild on a WoW server called Imperial Overlords have held their server to ransom over an object they found that will enable some new content, but they have refused to activate it until they are paid 5,000 gold :P

they probably have the staff that opens the gates in the Ar-whatver world event thing. pretty evil of them if that is the case...smart, but still quite evil.
