ECU chip reset?

    Just watchin the Garage there on Discovery.....got me wondering...you know when you get a car chipped and then you disconnect the battery which resets the ECU....I'm presuming this doesn't undo the chippin?

    No it doesn't. Chipping overwrites the original software permanently. Just like a BIOS flash on a PC :)
