Tip one: This may help you in many aspects of life. No text speak. Especially in exams. It's also not allowed on this board.

As far as Home Ec goes, I didn't do it, so I'm afraid I can't help you there.

No problem, I did Homec JC back in 99' , so I cant really give advice. But its harsh for new ppl like ureself when encountered by mods like above.

una marie - I'm on this thread because I've got to read every thread on this board, being moderator and all.
And... well, I did my Junior Cert last year. I know it can be stressing. Just relax. You'll be surprised how much you can remember in the exam when it comes down to it.

Willem D - Text speak isn't allowed on the board. I just told her. I don't think that's over the top.

JC06... please don't be telling what's on the mock paper...

    (a) It is a little too low brow. (b) you aren't sending a text message on a phone and have access to full keyboard (c) it is very annoying to have to read it.

It is annoying. Lots' of people find it annoying. So dont bother arguing with the mods IN text speak. People have been banned for that. So stop posting in rtrd spk.

    Kthksdie :)

It hard when ya first look at it.But there are loads of bits that are just common sense so thats grand thought the short questions were hard though

Oh by the way there isn't three papers for home ec! There is only one paper with 20 short questions then there are long questions in section B.
