    france telecom (india I would normally assume)
    telekom germany
    telefonica spain
    telia sweden
    pt or ptt portugal
    telenor norway
    sonera finland

    thats a start

    enter <country name> AND telecom in google should get you a few :p

    Letchinstien uses a PABX connected to the Swiss network :)
